Every guard accounted for.
Day and night.
Operations never stop. Neither do we.
OnDuty365 is the operations console and guard app that Australian security companies run their workforce on: attendance, lone-worker welfare, rostering and award-correct pay, in one system.
| Guard | Window | Status |

From site setup to live operations in days.
Most operators are running live duties within a week. Here is the full picture.
Set up your operation
Add your sites, define positions and import your staff with the CSV wizard. Set your award rules once and every duty you roster from that point inherits them automatically.
Roster and publish duties
Fill positions with the right guard. Rank preferences per site and per position, not just per site. Publish with one action and your team is notified the moment the roster is live.
Guards go live from the app
Clock-in, welfare checks, duress, GPS and incident reports all happen from the guard app or watch. Everything flows back to your ops console in real time, no manual entry required.
Did my guards actually show up, and stay on site?
Every duty starts with a geofenced clock-in and an on-duty selfie, and ends with a signed sign-off. OnDuty365 records the time, the location to the metre, and the selfie, so attendance is evidence, not a phone call the next morning. With no signal, guards still clock in, sign in and log activity, and it all syncs the moment they reconnect.
Is my lone worker safe right now?
Welfare timers run for every lone worker on duty. Miss a check-in and OnDuty365 escalates in the order you set per site: your team, then the site supervisor, then your nominated contacts. A held SOS raises duress instantly, with live location.
Live GPS on the wrist, and an SOS your guards never have to reach for.
OnDuty365 runs on Apple Watch and Wear OS, not just the phone. A guard confirms a welfare check with one tap, and a held press raises duress instantly with their live GPS location sent straight to the ops wall. Every clock-in and duress event carries the location to the metre, so you always know where your lone workers are, without them stopping to pull out a phone.
Who's covering tonight, and who do I call when someone drops?
Set preferred guards for each position at each site, not just per site, so the right person is matched to the right role. When a duty needs covering, OnDuty365 surfaces the best fit first, ranked by preference, licence and conflicts, so a hole on the roster is a two-minute fix. Need a subcontractor? Bring their guards in on a guest access code, hold their agreed rates in the system, and their hours flow straight into payroll.
Who's free right now, and until when, the moment a duty opens up?
OnDuty365 keeps a live picture of who is available and until what time, from the availability your team sets. The instant a new site or a new position comes up, you see everyone who can take it, ranked by preference, licence and distance, with their availability window right there. Offer the duty to the best fit in one tap, and they get it on their phone or watch to accept.
Is everyone paid correctly under the award, without rebuilding a spreadsheet?
OnDuty365 interprets the award as duties are worked: ordinary hours, night and weekend loadings, allowances and overtime. Approve the run and export to Xero or MYOB.
Aria does the legwork, and knows when to stop.
Aria is the OnDuty365 assistant, and it is personal. It learns how each user works day after day and adapts, strictly within that user's permissions, so a payroll officer's Aria and a guard's Aria behave differently. It knows which guards fit each position at each site, including staff who have just joined, and recommends the right person when a duty needs covering. It does the work, asks before anything sensitive, and tells you plainly when a decision is yours to make, not its.
Bring your own AI assistant.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-capable assistant to your OnDuty365 workspace. Your assistant reads your operation and prepares drafts, from duty recommendations to incident summaries. Nothing takes effect until a person approves it inside OnDuty365.
Your brand on every screen your team sees.
Apply your own logo and brand colours across the OnDuty365 app, so your guards and your clients see your brand, not ours. White label covers logo and brand colour theming, and is available on Business and Enterprise.
Getting started is handled for you.
Switching is guided and done with you. Import your staff and sites with the CSV wizard, let our team run a free concierge migration, and cut over on a pay-period boundary so payroll is never disrupted. Enterprise gets a dedicated account manager who owns the whole onboarding.
You gain a team, not just software.
Choosing OnDuty365 means an entire team on duty for you, day and night. We are the most interactive company in our category: we work closely with every client, we are always open to building new features when they add value, and we make sure every requirement is heard and fulfilled, so your operation runs smoother every day.
On duty, day and night
Real people who know your operation, reachable when it matters, not a ticket queue that goes quiet after dark.

Tell us what would help. We are always open to building new features and functions when they add value to your business.
A dedicated account manager
Enterprise gets a named account manager who owns your success, keeps your requirements met and your operation running smoother every day.

Built for the people who carry the liability.
OnDuty365 is made in Australia for Australian security operators. Credibility comes from how it is built, not from badges.
Built and hosted in Australia
Designed around Australian awards, licensing and the realities of running guards across states. Your data stays onshore.
Privacy-first by design
Role-based access, full audit history and data minimisation. People see what their role needs and no more, and every action is logged.
Compliance you can show
Licence tracking, award interpretation and retained evidence, so when a client or regulator asks, the record is already there.
Built for the way Australian security operates.
Every part of OnDuty365 is designed around the legal and regulatory landscape Australian security operators work inside. Not adapted from overseas software and localised as an afterthought. Built here from scratch.
Security Industry Award 2020
Ordinary hours, overtime, night and weekend loadings and allowances calculated from the award as duties are worked, not estimated or approximated.
State licence verification
Licence numbers and expiry dates tracked per guard, per state. Expired or missing licences are flagged before a duty is confirmed, not after.
Lone-worker duty of care
Welfare timers, duress escalation paths and GPS evidence satisfy your WHS duty of care for isolated workers under state legislation across every jurisdiction.
Australian data sovereignty
Biometric and location data is held on Australian servers under the Privacy Act 1988 and collected only for the purpose it was provided, with full audit history.
National Employment Standards
Break requirements, leave accrual and NES entitlements are factored into every pay run and timesheet approval, not managed separately.
Audit-ready evidence
Clock-in selfies, GPS records, welfare check history and incident logs are retained and exportable for any regulator, insurer or client audit on demand.
