Live operations

Every guard on the map.
Right now.

The live ops wall shows every guard on duty: their position, patrol progress, welfare status and any active alerts, updated in real time. Stationary guards who have not moved are flagged before a client notices. A duress event puts a guard on the map instantly.

The problem
"I could see a guard was logged in, but I had no idea where they were or whether they were moving."

A lone GPS dot is not live visibility. Without patrol progress and stationary alerts, a guard can go quiet at a post for an hour and nothing flags it.

01 The fix01 / 02

Patrol tracking with stationary alerts.

As a guard completes patrol scans, the ops wall shows route progress in real time. A guard who has not scanned or moved within the expected window is flagged amber. You see which scan points are done, which are overdue, and the last confirmed location, all without calling the guard.

  • Patrol-route progressScan points marked complete as the guard moves through the route.
  • Stationary-guard alertsNo movement inside the patrol window raises a flag automatically.

The problem
"A duress event came in and I did not know where the guard was or who to call first."

In an emergency, seconds matter. An alert that lands in a general inbox, with no map and no escalation order, cannot save a guard in trouble.

02 The fix02 / 02

Duress on the map, escalation in order.

A held SOS raises a duress event instantly, pins the guard on the live map, and begins escalating along the path you defined for that site: team, supervisor, then nominated contacts, until someone responds and acknowledges. Every step is time-stamped.

  • Live location on SOSGuard pinned on the map the moment duress is raised.
  • Ordered escalationTeam, supervisor, then contacts, until acknowledged.
