Connected to the tools
your team already uses.

OnDuty365 connects to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Xero, so critical alerts reach your team where they already work, duties flow into every calendar automatically, and payroll exports without re-keying.

Slack and Teams alerts

Critical alerts in the channel your team watches.

Paste an incoming webhook URL from your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace into the OnDuty365 Integrations settings page. Choose which events to forward and the alerts appear in your chosen channel in real time.

Duress and welfare alerts

When a guard activates a duress alert or fails to respond to a welfare check, the notification reaches your ops channel immediately. No one needs to be watching the console for the alert to land.

Missed clock-ins and overdue checks

Late start at a site, missed check-in, or welfare timer expiring without response: each event type can be routed to Slack or Teams individually, so the right channel gets the right alert without noise.

Simple one-time setup

No developer required. Generate an incoming webhook in Slack or Teams, paste it into the Integrations page, tick the events you want forwarded, and save. The connection is live immediately.

Calendar sync

Duties in every calendar, automatically.

Every staff member has a personal duty feed available in the OnDuty365 app. Subscribe once and the calendar updates automatically each time a roster is published. No manual entry, no re-scheduling.

Apple Calendar (one tap on iPhone)

On iPhone, tapping the feed link in the OnDuty365 app opens Apple Calendar and adds the subscribed calendar in a single step. Duties appear in the guard's calendar as soon as the roster is published and update in place if anything changes.

Google Calendar (by URL)

Staff on Android or desktop copy their personal feed URL from the OnDuty365 app and paste it into Google Calendar as a subscribed calendar. From that point, every published roster change flows into their calendar automatically.

Feed is personal and read-only. Each staff member subscribes their own feed. Guards see only their own duties.
Accounting

Approved timesheets, exported without re-keying.

Once timesheets are approved in OnDuty365, payroll data exports to Xero or MYOB. Award-calculated hours, loadings and allowances transfer directly, so there is nothing to re-enter and no risk of transcription error.

Approve once, export once

The timesheet approval flow in OnDuty365 is the single gate. Once approved, the data is ready for export. There is no second review step and no manual transfer between systems.

Award-correct figures carry across

Ordinary hours, overtime, night and weekend loadings, casual loading and allowances are all calculated by OnDuty365 before export. What arrives in Xero or MYOB matches the Security Industry Award, already worked out.

Audit trail at both ends

OnDuty365 retains a full record of every approved timesheet and export. The payroll system receives clean, attributed data. If a figure is ever queried, the source record is immediately traceable.

AI Connector

Connect your own AI assistant.

The OnDuty365 AI Connector lets you link Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-capable assistant to your workspace. Your assistant reads your operation and prepares drafts, from duty recommendations to incident summaries. Nothing takes effect until a person approves it inside OnDuty365.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

Does OnDuty365 integrate with Slack or Microsoft Teams?

Yes. Tenants paste an incoming webhook URL from their Slack or Teams workspace and choose which events to forward: duress alerts, welfare checks overdue, missed clock-ins, and more. Alerts arrive in the channel in real time, without anyone needing to watch the ops console.

Can staff see their duties in their own calendar?

Yes. Every staff member has a personal duty feed URL available in the OnDuty365 app. On iPhone, tapping the link subscribes the feed into Apple Calendar in one step. On Android or desktop, the URL pastes into Google Calendar as a subscribed calendar. The calendar updates automatically each time a roster is published.

Can I connect my own AI assistant to OnDuty365?

Yes. The AI Connector lets you link Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-capable assistant to your OnDuty365 workspace. Your assistant can read operational data and prepare drafts, but nothing takes effect until a person approves it inside OnDuty365. See the AI Connector page for the full details and setup guides.
